Outlook Express
Step 1: Click Tools, then Accounts.
Step 2: Click Add, then Mail.
Step 3: Enter your full name and click Next.
Step 4: Enter your e-mail address and click Next.
Step 5: Enter the Mail Server Names and click Next.
Step 6: Enter your POP3 account name and password (Your account name is your full eMail address) and click Next.
Step 7: Click Finish and do the following; double click back on the email account you have just added and the following screen will appear.
Step 8: Click on Servers and click My server requires authentication.
Step 9: Then click Settings button and make sure the radio button use same settings as my incoming mail.
Process complete! You can now use your email.
